Yesterday marked the 8th week of the highly competitive Lincoln Wednesday 6-a-side football league. Spectators turned out in their numbers to watch both Division 1 and Division 2 fixtures, taking place under the floodlights of the Lincoln Arena.

Unfortunately, we didn't get any scoring action in Division 1 this week. Division 2, however, was where all the action was. In a thrilling contest, Tectorium Finishers emerged victorious over Not In My Mums Forest with a 2-1 win. Clutch Fc then displayed an impressive performance, defeating Hi-Viz FC 3-0.

With only two weeks left of the season, the teams are fighting tooth and nail to secure their place for the next season. The stakes are high, and the pressure is on, with each match promising to deliver an adrenaline-fueled spectacle of football prowess.
