Last night marked the exciting kick-off of the Lincoln Wednesday 6 a side Football League's new season. Teams both old and new gathered under the floodlights to begin the first thrilling week of games in Division 1 and Division 2.

In Division 1, we were treated to some skillful displays and competitive action. Ball Fiddlers FC emerged victorious over Hamstring United with a final score of 5-3. It was a hard-fought battle, but Ball Fiddlers FC's relentless attack proved too much for Hamstring United's defense. Meanwhile, in a closely contested duel, Tomjinski Cartel edged out No Fuchs Given 2-1. Both teams showcased their tenacity, but in the end, it was Tomjinski Cartel's superior tactics that made the difference.

In Division 2, Not Got A Kalou made a strong statement in their opening match, comfortably defeating Turndinand Rovers 4-1. The team demonstrated their intent early on, displaying impressive teamwork and strategy. In another game, Tekkerslovakia outshone Sevilla Autism, winning the match 4-1. But it was Puyol Pants Down's commanding 8-0 victory over Inter Yanan that really stole the limelight, marking the highest scoring game of the evening.

As the season has just begun, it is too early to predict the top performers. However, based on the opening matches, Ball Fiddlers FC and Puyol Pants Down have set an impressive pace as the high scorers in Divisions 1 and 2 respectively.
