A thrilling week 4 of the Gillingham Monday 6-a-side football league concluded last night, with some notable displays across all divisions.
In the Premier League, Goal Diggers managed to edge out Rainham Raptors 3-2 in a nail-biting encounter, while Todge to Glory delivered a clean sheet against Gangstas Allardyce, winning 2-0. Shakthar Senseless couldn't keep up with Back Of Your Neto, losing 2-0 after a strong performance.
Division 1 saw Hoo Mafia dominating the pitch with an impressive 11-0 victory over Greatlines United, which marked the highest-scoring game of the week. On the other hand, KOE FC secured a 5-2 win against Chadding Hell FC. Expecting Toulouse put up a good fight but ultimately succumbed to a 3-2 defeat by Box2Box FC. Roma Simpson also demonstrated their strength by sweeping past RealSoSoBad with a 4-0 victory.
The competition in Division 2 was fierce, with a draw between Right Side Of The Rainham End and Uptown Dunk at 3-3, while Mac City and Barely Athletic settled for a 1-1 tie. Net6 And Chill displayed their attacking prowess by thumping Only Balls And Ponces 10-0. 6 Offenders also ended the night on a high note with a 5-2 win over Ajax Trees Down.
Finally, in Division 3, Rainham End narrowly defeated Hardly Athletic 1-0, and Class Of 02 showed their class with a 5-0 triumph over Frith Athletic. Both Jimmy Sevilla and Mylittlescratchy gave a solid performance, with the latter clinching a 2-1 victory. Real Jacamo and Real Medway settled for a 1-1 draw after a hard-fought match.
