Last night marked an exciting Week 8 of the Aylesbury Thursday 5-a-side Football League, with sensational performances lighting up both the Premier League and Division 1.

PREMIER LEAGUE
In the Premier League, Goal Diggers demonstrated their dominance with a stunning 9-0 win over Teenage Mutant Ninja Skrtels. It was a high-scoring night for Watermead FC as they triumphed over Press Start Now FC with an impressive 11-3 scoreline. Grasselona didn't fail to impress either, securing a 6-3 win against Moosh FC. The night rounded off with a thrilling match between Inter Your Bin FC and Nashe-UK FC, where Inter Your Bin FC reigned supreme with a 10-5 victory.

Player of the night in the Premier League was undoubtedly Luis from Watermead FC, who dazzled with his skills and scored a whopping five goals, earning him the title of the top scorer in the division.

DIVISION ONE
The teams in Division 1 too showed exceptional prowess. Bibs outperformed Intervale FC with a decisive 9-3 win. AYLESBURY FC edged out Yes Guys (REAL) in a close contest with a 7-5 victory. The final match saw Non Bibs clinch the win with an 8-5 result against Gueye Pride.

Kenzie Gwilliam of Gueye Pride was the standout player in Division 1, matching Luis's tally in the Premier League with five goals of his own. His outstanding performance will undoubtedly bolster Gueye Pride's confidence for their upcoming matches.
