Play in the Ashton Preston Monday football league powered by Leisure Leagues

Sports enthusiasts witnessed a thrilling start to the inaugural week of the Preston Monday 6-a-side Football League this past Monday, where 12 teams from the Premier League, Division 1, and Division 2 showcased their mettle on the field.

In the Premier League, the newly season kicked off with high-intensity matches that delivered a goal fest. Win&Leave proved their dominance with a crushing 9-1 victory over AFC Gillingham And Cheese Sandwich. Big Fish United secured a narrow win against SamAndie’s 91s, with a final score of 3-2. Wrapping up the Premier League’s opening night, Old Boys recorded a clean sheet, winning 3-0 against Fc Barge.

The first week clashes in Division 1 also proved to be an exciting affair. Tyson’s Army edged past The Strand with a 2-1 finish, while Paralytic Athletic dominated the field against Edwins Six Offenders, storming to a 7-1 victory. The most high-scoring game in this division was Olympique Mayonnaise CF's 8-4 win over Friargate Lions which Sam Newton got 5 goals 

Meanwhile, Division 2 saw tight competition as We Go Again FC triumphed over Cushty United with a 2-1 scoreline. TF MERCHANTS and Egg Fried Riis ended their match in a 3-3 draw. Tanny Massive emerged as the top-scorers in the division, securing a 7-2 victory over Perkyboys.
