Axminster 6 a side - Week 6

Our 6 a side season in Axminster has passed through 6 weeks now and the table shows that Crouch Potatoes are showing title winning form with 6 wins out of 6 games at the top of the premier league. Portsmuff won't be giving up their title easily though as they sit just 3 points behind with 4 games left to go. Some ground was lost this week though as they were held by another former title winning side in A.I.FC to a 1 - 1 draw A.I remain 3rd and Farmers Weekly were given a boost to their survival chances with 6  a cider pulling out late on to concede a 5 - 0 defeat. 

In Division One The Roys lead by a point from Nice to Michu having won 6 - 3 last night against Lads on Tour while their rival contenders for the title had to settle for a point in their 2 - 2 draw with A&C Dads FC, their 1st point of the campaign to keep them in touch with Vikings at the bottom who went down 3 - 2 to Put it in the Dias. 

So it's a pretty competitive season in both divisions and hopefully the last month gives us some more cracking games.
