Andy's Diamondz the new Invincibles??

Another almost sub zero evening of footy was upon us as the beautifully finished 3G surface welcomed these young (ish) lads  to battle out another round of fixtures.

The evening begun with a mid table battle between YARCOMBE and HFC, much like their current season these two teams were highly competitive but neither side could quite hold onto that lead and grind out that winning finish. That being said these sides are still in with a shout of a top 3 finish and if results go their way then YARCOMBE can still claim runners up. THE ROYS welcomed UPLYME & SINKER to the second game and were keen to put together back to back wins after their fantastic victory time out, This however proved a step too far as UPLYME ran out 3-0 winners and added themselves in the hunt for a top half spot. Game of the night was between the top 2 sides FARMERS WEEKLY and ANDYS DIAMONDZ which was going to be a title decider. FARMERS WEEKLY were in desperate need of a victory to take the league into the final weeks of the season however ANDYS DIAMONDZ proved too strong and cemented their place at the top of the league and claimed a league title with 2 games to spare....Well done lads! 4-2 the score line finished and the Invincibles season is well on course. NYC FC hosted THE VIKINGS in the evenings final match up which NYC proved too strong and ot that all important 2-0 victory. This puts NYC in a very strong position to claim that 3rd place.
