Aylesbury 6 a side - Monday Night Football

We head into the last two weeks of the Monday night season in Aylesbury with the top flight title still to be decided. Both Zones of Relegation and Law Abiding Sigurdssons took points wins last night to maintain their positions in the top two and with just 4 points available now Zones hold all the cards in their efforts to pick up the trophy in a few weeks time. Who Ate The Pies and next best in 3rd and a dramatic 2 - 2 draw with Shane Schlong means both sides keep their places in the league.

In Division One it's pretty much wrapped up in terms of the title with Dayla FC ahead by 4 points and with a massive plus goals advantage it would take some freak results for them not to be crowned champions. It was another win last night for the champions elect picking up a 5 - 1 victory over Multiple Scoregams while 2nd placed Park The Bus did all they could to keep some pressure on with a 6 - 4 win over Tesco Finest. Overweight got the better of bottom side Only Put Matip in with a 3 - 1 win.

So with two weeks left we can start to cast an eye towards next season and we are still looking for two new sides to jump in and be part of this excellent little league at Vale Academy. Any teams looking to take part in the new season should get in touch soon as places are limited, you can speak to Rob on 07538562547 or simply register via this link and be ready to start soon on 21st November (or sooner if you like)
