AYLSBURY 6 A SIDE GOES TO THE FINAL WEEK

Our brilliant Monday night 6 a side teams in Aylesbury gathered at Vale Academy this week to play the penultimate round of games in what has been an excellent season again. Due to the upcoming Bank Holiday Mondays we must wait patiently for the end of season finale when the premier league title will be decided between Unathletico Madrid and Numero Uno. Both sides won their games on Monday to leave them locked on 15 points each with Unathletico holding the slender 3 goal advantage that puts them as favourites to lift the trophy. Both sides won 5 - 0 this week and Numero Uno know that they must beat 3rd placed Leavemyassalona in their final game and hope that bottom side Toe Munchin Gladbach do them some sort of favour against Unathletico. Just getting the win will be tough for Numero Uno as Leavemy are a good side who got the better of Zones of Relegation this week 3 - 1, what ever happens it's been a fantastic season at the top end of our premier league and it's going to be an exciting conclusion when we return on 15th May.

Division One is less tense with Shane Schlong securing the title with games to spare, they got the better of Fingus Fiddlers on Monday night with a 5 - 1 win that maintains their 5 point lead at the top and means that the premier league preparations can begin for the team already guaranteed the winners trophy. Aylesbury Athletic will join them and rightly so. a further 5 points separates them from Fingus in 3rd and their comfortable 8 - 1 win over Only Put Matip In this week sends them into the 2 week break knowing that their promotion to the top league is secured. Our newest side Kroos Control have started their Leisure Leagues journey strongly, their 2nd win was a big one as the kept a clean sheet and scored 9 themselves against Multiple Scoregasms to move them out of the bottom two. Definitely a team to keep eyes on for next season.

So that's it for a couple of weeks in Aylesburys premier Monday night 6 a side league, we break now for a couple of weeks, returning to action on May 15th to conclude this excellent campaign. We have one space to fill so will be looking for a new team to jump in and grab the place ahead of the new season which kicks off on 22nd May.
