Lowestoft Sunday 6 a side news 2026-10-04

In what was an exhilarating third week of the Lowestoft Sunday 6-a-side Football League, the Premier League division witnessed an avalanche of goals on the pitch, providing the spectators with a thrilling spectacle of football prowess.

Kingston FC delivered a stunning performance trouncing Sparx FC with a massive 13-0 victory, demonstrating exceptional team cohesion and a ruthless attacking strategy. In another match, OAP FC gave an equally eye-catching performance with a 13-3 drubbing of The Carrow Roadmen. The Carrow Roadmen, despite their best efforts, could not contain the onslaught from a dominant OAP FC.

Pakefield Devs found themselves on the wrong end of a goal-fest, suffering a heavy 11-1 defeat at the hands of The Tubs. The Tubs showcased an all-out attacking football style, with their swift counterattacks and clinical finishing proving too much for Pakefield Devs.

In the most closely contested game of the division, Tigers OAP FC were edged out by FC BUCURESTI in a seven-goal thriller that ended 4-3. The game was a true testament to the spirit of competition in the Premier League division, with both teams displaying commendable resilience and sportsmanship.

In conclusion, week 3 of the Lowestoft Sunday 6-a-side Football League has left fans and players eagerly awaiting next week's matches. If the Premier League division's games are any indication, the rest of the season promises to be an edge-of-the-seat affair.

Thank you to Ryan and Alan for reffing the evening and to all of our players.
