GOSPORT 6 A SIDE WEDNESDAY END OF SEASON ROUND UP

It was a somewhat quiet end to the season last night with a few teams away over the Easter period. Here's a round up of the season.

Congratulations to Only Fools And Scorers who finished the season as Champions with a 100% record. They only finished two points ahead of another strong side The Untouchables who won all but one game which was the defeat to Fools. That 2-1 loss to Fools on the 15th March proved crucial in determining where the title was heading with Only Fool coming out on top. Well done to both teams on a great title race but also to all our teams who gave them both some tough matches along the way. 

It's no surprise the Golden Boot winner and MVP winners came from the top two sides. Congratulations to Leo King on winning the Golden Boot with 17 goals and also sharing the MVP award with Only Fools And Scorers James Algar with four MVP performances each. Trophies and medals are on order.
