In a thrilling night of football, Gosport Wednesday's 6 a side Football league completed its 8th week with some impressive performances from several teams across the Premier League, Division 1, and Division 2.
PREMIER LEAGUE
In the Premier League, another dynamic display saw the Mash Gobblers edge out Murder On Zidanes Floor 3-2, with Harry Draper leading the charge for the Gobblers by netting two goals. In another tight game, The Backstreet Moyes narrowly overcame Suck Umtities with a hard-fought 3-2 victory.
DIVISION ONE
Over in Division 1, Heron United and Solent United battled to a 2-2 draw, while Notinher Forest just nicked the win against Haven't Jota Clue with a nail-biting 4-3 finish. Scott Ferguson was the standout player for Haven't Jota Clue, netting one goal. Lucky 7 made a strong statement by defeating Vicious Villigers 5-1.
DIVISION TWO
Finally, in Division 2, Fish Fingers FC defeated Queens Park Strangers with a dominating 5-0 victory, largely thanks to an impressive performance by Oli Robins, who scored two goals. AC Me Rollin managed to squeeze past Bikes In Kitchen in a tightly contested 4-3 match.
As the season draws close to an end with only two weeks left, teams are preparing diligently to secure their places the table. Players like Harry Draper, Scott Ferguson, and Oli Robins have shown exceptional performances. It's evident that competition will only intensify in the remaining matches, making the coming weeks a must-watch for all football enthusiasts.
