Gosport Wednesday 6 a side news New Season Kicks Off!

In the exciting world of local football, last night marked the opening matches of the newly commenced Gosport Wednesday 6 a side season. We were treated to a thrilling display of skill, agility, and teamwork across multiple divisions.


Premier League 
Starting with the Premier League, Tom Tom FC clinched a roaring victory against Bowen Arrows, finishing the match with a score of 4-2. Meanwhile, For Fuchs Sake outplayed The Backstreet Moyes with a decisive 7-3 win. In a tightly contested match, Snatit FC edged out Murder On Zidanes Floor with a 4-3 triumph.

Division 1
Division 1 also experienced its share of adrenaline-pumping matches. Suck Umtities commanded the field with a 6-1 win against Fish Fingers FC. Despite a valiant effort from Solent United, Haven't Jota Clue emerged victorious with a 7-5 win, largely thanks to top scorer Billy Truman who netted a staggering three goals. Lucky 7 also started their season on a high note, securing a 2-1 win against Heron United.

Division 2
Moving on to Division 2, Wiggums Worriors and AC Me Rollin ended their match in a 1-1 draw. NWO, propelled by top scorer Scotty Ferguson’s hat trick, outscored Vicious Villigers 6-1. Parcar FC also impressed with a 6-3 victory over Queens Park Strangers.

The season's inaugural week has set high expectations for the upcoming matches.
