Gosport Wednesday 6 a side - ONLY FOOLS CHAMPIONS AGAIN

Gosport Wednesday's 6-a-side football league season wrapped up with a bang last night, with a host of exciting fixtures taking place across the Premier League and Division 1. 

Only Fools and Scorers secured another premier league title with a 6 - 3 win over Snatit while runners up The Untouchables ended their impressive season with a point having been held to a 3 - 3 draw by Murder on Zidanes Floor. Scran Frank claim 3rd place following a 4 - 0 win over Fish Fingers before a group of 3 teams all ended on 10 points in the middle of the table. Yard Boiz won well against Gosham and Van Brockhurst did similar agsainst Hardly Athletic who bow out of the league following an enjoyable run of seasons with us. We have joint winners of the golden boot in the top flight as both Leo King of The Untouchables and James Algar of Only Fools finished on 28 goals and will both receive a trophy for their efforts. James also takes home the MVP award for his 6 MotM performances this season. 

Our mini Division 1 season also concluded last night with Ressievoir securing a place in the top division next season having taken a 5 - 0 win from their final game. Unfortunately Last Minute didnt make it. In the other game Unathletico Madrid secured a hard-fought 1 - 0 win over Cunnilingard.
So that's it for the season and we look ahead to next Wednesday when the new campaign starts.
