Gosport Wednesday 6 a side WEEK 4 ROUND UP

In the world of 6 a side football, the Gosport Wednesday league delivered a thrilling spectacle in Week 4.

In the Premier League division, the competition was stiff. Murder on Zidanes Floor and Scran Frank battled it out head-to-head, each refusing to grant the other the upper hand, resulting in a 1-1 stalemate.

In contrast, Only Fools And Scorers managed to secure a smooth 2-0 victory against The Breadrins Curse FC, showcasing their dominance and tactical prowess on the field.

Meanwhile, the action in Division 1 was just as compelling, with a series of highly competitive matches. Bweaty Swollocks FC outclassed Gosham FC with a 4-1 triumph, while Fish Fingers FC erupted with a tsunami of goals to drown Hex FC 9-1. The star of the show was Tom Robins who found the net four times, becoming the top scorer in Division 1.

Saka Potatoes clashed with Fiorentina Turner and despite their best efforts, succumbed to a 2-5 defeat. Though on the losing end, Saka Potatoes drew attention for another reason - Connor Rowsell was acknowledged the most valued player of the week. His performance undoubtedly turned heads and will be remembered well into the season.

Finally, South Coast Rejects and Snatit FC concluded the night with a 2-2 draw, a testament to the closely matched talent in the league.

This week's games certainly promised a lively season ahead; we look forward to more intense competitions in the coming weeks of the Gosport Wednesday league.
