WEDNESDAY NIGHT ROUND UP FROM GOSPORT 6 A SIDE

It was match night 3 last night in our brilliant Wednesday night 6 a side league played at Bay House in Gosport and as always we had an entertaining evening of football. All 10 teams were there and our officials Mike, Mark and Nathan did a great job managing match night. Lets have a look at what happened.

Champions Only Fools & Scorers made it 3 wins from 3 on the night they received their winners trophy from last season with a 4 - 0 win over Murder on Zidanes Floor. They currently sit 2nd though behind The Untouchables who also went to 6 points but hold a massive goal advantage at this stage. This was boosted by an 11 - 1 win last night over Yard Boiz. Golden Boot winner Leo King moving this seasons tally to 15 already in the process. Kareem Elbaloula's fine hat-trick gave Van Brockhurst the points in a thrilling game against Fish Fingers that finished 6 - 5. Oli Robins will be disappointed to come out on the losing side having scored a hat-rick for Fingers. Snatit had a good 7 - 1 win over Gosham with both Hayden Darcy and Steve Thomas bagging hat-tricks while Scran Frank edged past Hardly Athletic in an incredible match that saw Max Harris score all 5 of Hardly's goals only to come away without the points. Iain Turner's 3 goals giving Scran Frank the advantage and eventually the win 7 - 5.
