THE RUSHES JOINS LEISURE LEAGUES SIX A SIDE

I am delighted to announce that The Rushes have joined the LEISURE LEAGUES CALNE TUESDAY six a side at BEVERSBROOK SPORTS FACILITY.

The team becomes the newest team to join the league which now has only a few spaces left ahead of the new season. The league is taking place at one of the best facilities in North Wiltshire with an award winning 3G pitch for new teams to cut their teeth and with Leisure Leagues legendary organisation, it is sure to be one of the best six a side leagues around. 

Captain Stu Masson is looking forward to getting started. When I spoke to him he said: ‘we have a strong squad of lads and even though we haven’t played together before we will give it a good go and see what happens’. The lads all come from the same area of Calne and will bring that community spirit to the league.
