Match Report - Tuesday 4th April

Now Then (DNA) 0 - 5 Genk

Now Then were unable to attend tonight, instead Genk played a friendly against Red Bull Gives You Ings. A great way to start the evening as we were treated to six goals in a 4 - 2 victory for Genk. They still keep hold of the Runner Up position by a point, and maintain the gap behind the league leaders.

Lads On Toure 0 - 4 Car Colston Pissheads

This defeat brought to an end Lads On Toure's recent run of back to back victories. The win keeps Car Colston Pissheads three point advantage over Genk at the top of the table, with just five games remaining they look odds-on favourites to lift the trophy.

Red Bull Gives You Ings 1 - 0 Squad

This looked like it would be Red Bulls fifth draw of the season until they broke the deadlock late in the second half. This had been a tightly poised game which looked like a single goal would be enough to clinch the points. Squad had come close by rattling the crossbar twice, but it was Red Bull that hit the back of the net and came away with the two points.

Peg Doesn't Pass 3 - 4 G.FC

G.FC keep up the pressure on the top two in their bid to retain the title. It looks like a big ask to reclaim the trophy - but if they continue to churn out results then it's not impossible. Peg Doesn't Pass played a big part in making this a brilliant game and their sportsmanship should be noted, dropping to five players as G.FC were one player short.
