The Beverley Monday 6-a-side league continued to raise the bar, as some more high-octane football was on display at the Bishop Burton College this week.

In the Premier League, leaders Beverley La Coruna beat the Academy 2-0 to keep their great run going, while Champaigne Super Rovers classy 4-0 win over Inter Peroni propelled them to second place. Expected Toulouse managed to come away with the two points, beating Viking Rangers 1-0 in a close encounter.

Division 1 action kicked off with another cagey encounter as Jackson 5 carried on their winning streak with a narrow 1-0 win over Nutty Nutters. Atik Cheese crushed Beaver Town 6-0 to move up into third place, while Fat Fighters cruised to a 5-1 win over Dyslexia United.
