Weekly News from Sunday 9th April

It was a great night of football on Sunday, as we saw all teams in attendance for their league games. The only exception to this was Borussia Teeth, who have confirmed will be back as normal next week.

We were also extremely disappointed to hear of an incident in the game involving FC United Of Chesterfield. Alex Wainwright has received a red card and £20 fine for aggressive actions towards an opponent.

Leisure Leagues employs a zero tolerance policy towards aggressive or abusive behaviour at any of the leagues that we operate. Any team or player seen to be displaying this sort of behaviour will receive fines and bans accordingly.
