It was an eventful night on our huge Monday night League! A full turnout too.

First things first, we would like to start with an apology for those teams who kicked off at 7pm in the early set of games. 

Unfortunately there was a transport issue with one of our referees who could not attend. This happened to be the official who carries the bibs/balls. As soon as we was informed by him that he could not attend we sprung a reserve into action which ultimately meant the games could continue. 

However, with the late notice - by the time this equipment arrived the first set of games were already concluding. 

Those teams who were impacted by this I will be contacting today and arranging some compensation for any issues caused. 

I'm sure you will all agree that the refereeing team did a fantastic job in adapting and we look forward to a smoother week ahead!

In other news there were plenty of classy games taking place! My Match of the Day pick is in Division 1. How about a 10 goal game? Yes please! Monday Football FC took on Hit n Miss United. Final score 6-4 - tasty stuff.
