It was good to be back on home astro turf last night! With our usual games and times taking place as we enter the closing stages of the season. 

An excellent turnout last night to boast about too! With just 1 team being unable to make it, they should make a swift recovery and be back next Monday however.

We also have a new team in our league, a big welcome to Wheel FC who did very well after recently signing up and getting a team together... with only a narrow loss against a seasoned Premier League side. It'll be interesting to see how their chemistry grows them as a group!

Match of the Day for this week was in our bottom teir, divison 2. WIP FC, who, were struggling for players beforehand. Yet were able to just about able to get a squad of 6 together for the game. This would have definitely frustrated the Wastemen who were so close to taking home the points! But eventually succumbed to a 4-2 defeat. 

Following this new teams arrival, we now just have 1 or possibly 2 spaces available for a new team to join! These won't be up for grabs for long as we approach the start of a new season, and the summer weather too!
