Play in the Burntwood Monday football league powered by Leisure Leagues

In an exciting week 8 of the Burntwood Monday 6-a-Side Football league, high-scoring matches and suspenseful face-offs encapsulated the spirit of the competition across Premier League, Division 1, Division 2, and Division 3. This accompanied by a full turnout!!

Starting with the Premier League, Burntwood FC emerged victorious over CTL Elite with a decisive score of 6-2. A huge dent in their title push and BFC edge closer to reclaiming their honour! Dank FC also emerged victorious against Scrambled Legs with a 4-2 win. Sheffield Monday outclassed Dribble FC in an awe-inspiring 10-2 victory, they maintain 2nd spot! Meanwhile Bunch Of Scruffs confidently surpassed Rawnsley Rangers with a 5-2 win.

Over at Division 1, The Grillbillies managed to scrape a narrow win against Patty Freaks FC with a 1-0 finish. Norton FC dominated Harriers with a 5-1 victory. Can they be stopped!? Stroke Tity FC edged out Victor Moses Garden 2-1, and then there’s our Match of the Day… It saw a 7 goal thriller where Soup King FC defeated Basic FC 5-2, lifting them off the bottom spot. Nonetheless, there’s plenty more action fuelled games to hear about:

In Division 2, Donny on Da Beek edged past Karius to Glory with a 2-1 win. P M T FC secured a 7-3 victory against Whopper Walsh. A crazy night sees them sweep past Karius in the table into top position now!! PSV Hangover narrowly defeated Diddys Dribblers 1-0, while Burntwood Ballers FC triumphed over Kepa Clean Sheet 3-2. Lots of teams turning up the tempo here!

Lastly, Division 3 saw Queen Park Strangers defeat Future Stars 3-2. Two teams, desperately trying to keep pressure on at the top! Broadfield FC narrowly won against Class on Grass 2-1. Grinding out the results is good enough! They retain their crown, for now… FCDapperGirls secured a significant 7-3 victory against Trooper FC, and Davos Diddy Party emerged victorious against Pro Clubs Irl with a 3-1 win.

The high-scoring games certainly attest to the individual and collective skills of the players, keeping football fans on their toes for the next round of matches. Be sure to stay tuned for next week's results in this thrilling 6-a-Side Football league.
