In a thrilling week 8 of the Burntwood Monday 6 a side football league, teams across the Premier League, Division 1 and Division 2 battled it out for supremacy on the pitch.
In the Premier League, Scrambled Legs delivered a strong performance against The Grillbillies, with a final scoreline of 6-2. Sheffield Monday clinched a close victory against Norton FC, winning 2-0. Toe Poke Mafia showcased their attacking prowess by defeating Lattos Toy Boys 5-2, while Burntwood FC dominated against SPECCY WANDERERS, ending the match 5-1.
Over in Division 1, Serves You Right For Muscat That took a decisive 3-1 victory against FCDapperGirls. Patty Freaks FC outperformed RAWNSLEY RANGERS with a 4-1 win. Karius To Glory demolished No Name FC with an astonishing 12-0 scoreline, while Harriers and Whopper Walsh ended in a goalless draw.
In Division 2, Kepa Clean Sheet triumphed over Barely Athletic in a closely fought 3-2 match. PSV Hangover fell to Diddy’s Baby Oil Plug in the latest issue of Match of the Day! It featured 9 goals and was a rollercoaster coming in at 6-3! In other news, Davos Diddy Party managed a narrow 1-0 victory against Queen Park Strangers. Six Offenders stole the show with an 8-0 rout against Pro Clubs Irl. Diddys Dribblers and Trooper FC ended in a 2-2 draw, while Basic FC carved out a 4-1 victory over McGinn N Tonic.
Standout performers included Karius To Glory in Division 1, and Six Offenders in Division 2, both scoring in the double digits.
