Play in the Burntwood Monday football league powered by Leisure Leagues

In the world of Monday Night Football, week nine of the Burntwood Monday League proved to be a thrilling spectacle for fans across all divisions.

In the Premier League, Norton FC came up short in an intense match against Burntwood FC, ending with a scoreline of 3-1. Scrambled Legs showed their prowess by trouncing Karius To Glory with a stunning 4-0 victory. The day was capped off by Sheffield Monday, who were beaten 2-0 by Lattos Toy Boys.

Division 1 saw its share of high-intensity matches as well. Harriers edged out Broadfield FC in a nail-biting finish, ending the match 3-2. Watto Club squeezed out a win over FCDapperGirls, with the final whistle leaving them ahead 2-1. Toe Poke Mafia managed to clinch a 2-1 victory against Whopper Walsh, demonstrating their determination to climb up the league table.

The action continued in Division 2 where Patty Freaks FC narrowly beat McGinn N Tonic 1-0. Next up was our Match of the Day which saw two new teams battle it out. The Pink Panthers were bested by All Grass No Class, with the final score reading 2-1. Hugely entertaining but was it an accurate reflection of who will fare this best in our league..?

In Division 3, Pro Clubs Irl were defeated 3-1 by Basic FC. No Name FC suffered a devastating loss at the hands of Kepa Clean Sheet, who ran away with the match, 9-0. P M T FC managed a tight win against Murder On Zidane’s Floor, winning 3-2. The match between PSV Hangover and Queen Park Strangers concluded with a 1-1 draw.

Despite the fierce competition, the top scorers in each division emerged. Burntwood FC, Scrambled Legs, Watto Club, and Kepa Clean Sheet showed exceptional performances, further solidifying their standings in their respective divisions.

Week nine of the Burntwood Monday League clearly illustrated the level of talent and passion in the divisions. The thrilling matches and outstanding performances from teams and individual players alike have set the stage for an exciting season ahead.
