Play in the Burntwood Monday football league powered by Leisure Leagues

The eighth week of the Burntwood Monday 6-a-side football league witnessed some spectacular performances with teams across three divisions showcasing their skills and competitive spirit.

In the Premier League, Burntwood Fc triumphed over Harriers with a scoreline of 3-1, while Karius To Glory narrowly defeated Watto Club 3-2 in a thrilling encounter. Meanwhile, Lattos Toy Boys clinched a hard-fought 1-0 victory against Sheffield Monday. In another closely contested match, Scrambled Legs edged past Norton FC with a 3-2 win. The Prem sure is shaping up beautifully!

In Division 1, Paul's Rent Boys displayed their dominance over Davos Diddy Party with a resounding 5-0 victory. Whopper Walsh registered a clean 2-0 win against Leomansley FC, maintaining their unbeaten run. In contrast, Toe Poke Mafia overpowered McGinn N Tonic 4-1, whereas Revenge bested Monday Warriors 6-4 in a high-scoring encounter. Lastly, Pink Panthers and Patty Freaks FC featured in our Match of the Day! It was a 6 goal thriller and a great watch. When all was said and done the teams shared the spoils in a 3-3 draw. Outstanding!

In Division 2, All Grass No Class triumphed over Expected Toulouse in a closely contested match that ended 3-2. Murder On Zidane’s Floor managed to outperform PSV Hangover with a 4-2 victory. The highest scoring match of the division was between Paquetà Crisps FC and P M T FC, with the latter emerging victorious with an extraordinary 8-3 win.

This week's matches were a testament to the intense competition and high-quality football played in the Burntwood Monday league. As we move on to the ninth week, the teams will undoubtedly look to build on their performances, making the upcoming matches a must-watch for all football enthusiasts.
