Play in the Burntwood Monday football league powered by Leisure Leagues

BURNTWOOD - The Burntwood Monday 6-a-side football league witnessed an intense week of competition, with some surprising results and stunning performances. The matches, which took place in week 11, saw teams from the Premier League, Division 1, and Division 2 divisions showcasing their skills and dedication on the field.

In the Premier League division, Sheffield Monday displayed superior skills defeating Burntwood FC 5-1 in a thrilling match. Watto Club made a remarkable victory against Scrambled Legs, ending the game with 6-0, showcasing their attacking prowess. 

Meanwhile, Lattos Toy Boys and Norton FC treated us to our Match of the Day… This came in the form of an electric 8-goal thriller! The two faced off in a highly competitive match, with Lattos Toy Boys emerging victorious with a 5-3 win. An outstanding end to end performance from both, but congratulations go to Lattos for prevailing!

Moving to Division 1, Paul's Rent Boys demonstrated their dominance over Toe Poke Mafia with a resounding 6-1 victory. Whopper Walsh also routed Revenge, producing a flawless 6-0 game. The Pink Panthers pounced on Davos Diddy Party, winning 5-1. Patty Freaks FC outclassed Leomansley FC with a whopping 9-0 victory, while McGinn N Tonic and Monday Warriors concluded their match in a 1-1 draw.

In the Division 2 category, All Grass No Class triumphed over PSV Hangover with a 4-1 scoreline. In the duel between Take It Eze FC and 4sails FC, the latter managed to secure a narrow 1-0 victory. P M T FC won 2-0 against Kepa Clean Sheet. A very interesting league table indeed!

As the league progresses, all eyes will be on those table topping teams as they battle for supremacy in their respective divisions. Equally important is the opposite ends, with relegation a possibility for some this season!
