It was a thrilling week 12 in the Burntwood Monday 6 a side Football league, with some highly competitive matches across all three divisions.

We start with a 7-goal thriller which capped our Match of the Day! In the Premier League, table toppers Burntwood FC edged out Lattos Toy Boys in a closely contested match that ended 4-3. The game was nothing short of a showcase of sheer skills and determination from both sides, but Burntwood managed to secure the points in the end. Karius To Glory continued their strong run this season with a 2-0 victory over Norton FC. Sheffield Monday also claimed a win, defeating Scrambled Legs 3-1.

Down in Division 1, Paul's Rent Boys narrowly defeated McGinn N Tonic 1-0 in what was indeed a defense-dominated match. Monday Warriors secured a comfortable 3-1 victory against Leomansley FC. The exciting match between Patty Freaks FC and Davos Diddy Party ended with the latter claiming a 2-1 victory. Whopper Walsh won against Pink Panthers 3-1, while Toe Poke Mafia dominated Revenge with a 7-2 victory.

Over in Division 2, All Grass No Class proved their worth with a 3-1 victory against Murder On Zidane’s Floor. P M T FC crushed Expected Toulouse 5-1, while the match between 4sails FC and PSV Hangover ended in a 2-2 draw. This has helped to create a very saucy table indeed!

Some resounding success and some major upsets around. These teams showed exceptional offensive strength and will be the ones to watch in the upcoming weeks…
