Play in the Burntwood Monday football league powered by Leisure Leagues

In the thrilling final week of the Burntwood Monday 6-a-side Football League, we saw some spectacular matches that rounded off an incredible 18-week season. The league's three divisions, Premier League, Division 1, and Division 2, saw their fair share of drama, passion, and exquisite football skills.

We kick off with our final Match of the Day installation. In the Premier League, Burntwood FC took home the grand prize, putting forth a strong performance with a total of 30 points and an impressive 15 victories. Their final match against Savins Under 6s was a nail-biter, ending in a 4-3 win that solidified their place at the top.

Division 1 saw Toe Poke Mafia triumph with a total of 33 points and 16 astounding wins. Their last match was no less than an exhibition of their dominance over the season, crushing Monday Warriors 4-1 to claim the Division 1 title. Congratulations!

In Division 2, P M T FC emerged victorious, mirroring their Division 1 counterparts with 33 points and 16 wins. Their final match was a relentless 5-0 victory against 4sails FC, wrapping up their fantastic campaign on a high note. A very close contest, as they steal the trophy on mere goal difference advantage!

As we close the season, we congratulate all the winners and look forward to another season of equally exciting football. As ever, the Burntwood Monday League has proven to be a fantastic showcase of local football talent.

Remember, next Monday we start again with a fresh season. Fixtures will be released this Thursday morning!
