In an amazing second week of football, the Burntwood Monday League presented an evening of adrenaline-filled matches with scores that left spectators on the edge of their seats.

In the Premier League, Burntwood FC showed their strength with a decisive 6-2 win over Savins Under 6s. Sheffield Monday dominated the field with a breathtaking 11-0 victory over Watto Club. The winning streak was continued by Lattos Toy Boys, who effortlessly secured a 3-0 victory against Paul's Rent Boys.

Moving onto Division 1, Norton FC demonstrated their prowess with a clean 3-0 victory over All Grass No Class. P M T FC and Monday Warriors managed to pull off impressive victories against Pink Panthers and Groomers United respectively. Patty Freaks FC and Whopper Walsh also emerged victorious with commendable performances against McGinn N Tonic and Scrambled Legs.

In Division 2, we start with our epic Match of the Day! Niche FC led the scoreboard with a 10-4 victory over Gangstas Allardyce. Take It Eze FC and Kepa Clean Sheet both showcased their skills with wins against PSV Hangover and Davos Diddy Party. In the only draw of the evening, Murder On Zidane’s Floor and Leomansley FC ended their game on an even keel, with a score of 0-0.

The top scorers for each of the divisions were Burntwood FC from the Premier League, Norton FC from Division 1 and Niche FC from Division 2. Their exceptional performances have set the tone for the upcoming matches.
