Play in the Burntwood Monday football league powered by Leisure Leagues

Football fans were treated to another thrilling week of action at the Burntwood Monday 6-a-side Football League. The excitement was palpable as teams from the Premier League, Division 1, and Division 2 took to the field for week 7 battle.

In the Premier League, Savins Under 6s demonstrated their dominance with an impressive 10-0 victory over Stroke Titty V2. Burntwood Fc secured a narrow win against Karius To Glory with a 1-0 scoreline. Meanwhile, the match between Harriers and Lattos Toy Boys ended in a deadlock at 1-1. 

Next up was an elite Match of the Day encounter… A goal fest was seen in the match between 2 Goals 1 Cup and Toe Poke Mafia, with the former triumphing 6-5. Incredible action!! Paul's Rent Boys also recorded a solid 3-1 win against Sheffield Monday.

On the Division 1 front, Norton FC's 3-1 win against McGinn N Tonic stood out, as well as Whopper Walsh's convincing 5-0 victory over Monday Warriors. All Grass No Class edged Pink Panthers 4-2, while P M T FC topped Reform UK FC 4-1. In another high scoring encounter, Scrambled Legs outperformed Patty Freaks FC with a 6-4 victory.

Division 2 saw a display of sheer power by Kepa Clean Sheet, thrashing Niche Fc 10-1, while Murder On Zidane’s Floor bagged a 4-1 win against Watto Club. Leomansley FC also managed a solid 5-1 triumph over PSV Hangover, and 4sails FC defeated Davos Diddy Party 4-1.

As week 8 approaches, all eyes will be on these top performers to see if they can maintain their scintillating form.
