Monday 1st August - Burntwood Round-Up

It was a good evening's football in the Burntwood Monday 6 a side league this week, with all teams in attendance for their matches  throughout the night as scheduled and some excellent matches played across both divisions.

We saw new team Hazlewood Monday play their first fixture with us this week, they were beaten 3-0 against Tea and Busquets in their debut game but will be looking to improve as they get to grips with the league in future weeks.

AS WE ARE NOW IN PEAK HOLIDAY SEASON, WE REMIND ALL TEAMS OF THE IMPORTANCE OF CANCELLING WITH THE REQUIRED 7 DAYS NOTICE IF THERE ARE ANY MATCHES YOU ARE UNABLE TO MAKE DUE TO INSUFFICIENT NUMBERS.  IF YOU DO THIS THEN YOU WILL AVOID THE CHARGE OF YOUR MATCH FEES FOR THIS FIXTURE, ANY CANCELLATIONS WITH LESS THAN 7 DAYS NOTICE WILL RESULT IN YOU BEING CHARGED.
