Sunday 27th January - Burntwood Round-Up

It was another good evening's football in the Burntwood Sunday 6 a side league this week with all teams in attendance throughout the night and some excellent matches played across both divisions.

Chase Lions are sitting pretty at the top of the Premier Division and have came through their first 5 games unscathed, this week a 4-0 win over Boom Xhaka Laka saw them remain 2 points clear of second.  Top Notch are right on their heels though as they thrashed new team 6 Stars 6-0.  Ringers United and Chase Lions sit third and fourth after both picked up wins again this week.

Norton FC and Bacon Mbappe sit in the top two of Division One and played out a closely contested 1-1 draw this week.  Bayer Neverlusen went level on points with Box of Chocolates FC as they defeated them 4-2 in an entertaining clash.  Mourinho's Elites also picked up a convincing 5-0 win over over Jurgen Flopps.

Elsewhere in Division One Fortress disposed of Warriors in convincing fashion, 5-1 the final result, and Multiple Scoregasm were 3-0 winners over Bottom Bunch.
