Sunday was a choc a block game of footie games! 

With a fair few teams who were organised and gave plenty notice of their Easter absence, we thought it was a perfect afternoon to mix things up a bit!

With the facility being closed on Easter Monday. A fair few of our Monday League teams were up for a fresh challenge and moved over for this one off event! A big shout out to the 6 Offenders, Not in Ya Mums Forest, Nyash Warriors and Spotted Burntwood for making the switch. 

We also had 2 of our latest Sunday Signups come down and play :) A great opportunity to see what level they are both playing at. We hope to welcome them both (and others) into the league when the new season kicks off at the end of this month!

With league games, friendlies and points matches all being played, Match of the Day is a tricky one for me to pick out today... However it was to be the clash between Andys Allstars who were held up in their quest for glory by new arrivals - Branaldo FC. A tense match with opportunities missed by both teams to seal the deal, ended 3-3

Next season is just a few weeks away now guys, don't delay any longer if you are thinking of signing up.. with new divisions and a larger capacity - we are looking to cement our position as the best 6v6 league in and around Lichfield!
