In a thrilling start to the Burntwood Sunday 6-a-side Football League, teams from both the Premier League and Division 1 showcased brilliant football skills, leaving spectators on the edge of their seats. As the season kicks off, the competition is already looking fierce and unpredictable.

In the Premier League, MK Dongs took an early lead in the league with an impressive 5-0 victory over Maximum Effort FC. AllStar Ringers also set the ground ablaze with an 8-0 triumph against Club AFC, marking a memorable start to their season. Strong starts for both the bookies favourites then it would seem! 

In other top flight news, Fat Fc, eked out a nail-biting 1-0 win against Too Old To Care Utd, setting the stage for a potentially intense rivalry.

Meanwhile, in Division 1, Ladzio Fc toppled Greggs On Legs in a tightly contested 1-0 match, while Al-Ettifaq In Ell Ref stunned Gemmas Lads with a 7-1 victory. The new lads still finding their feet it would seem... 

FC R United secured a narrow 2-1 win against Obese City, but 6 Elites trounced Warriors with a remarkable 6-1 scoreline. Our Match of the Day goes to our late kick off - where Peek Eboue rounded off the week with a 2-0 win over D.T.F.C.
