In the Premier League, twas the funny period between Christmas and New Years. However, D.T.F.C knew exactly what day it was and certainly left their mark on the field, overpowering Obese City with a 5-1 victory. Despite Obese City's best efforts, they could not keep up with the offensive power of D.T.F.C. They maintain their current gap at the top of our pyramid. The second match of the league saw an evenly matched game between Peek Eboue and Bottom Bunch FC, which ended in an unusual 0-0 draw. Noteworthy performances were seen from both sides, adding a dash of suspense to the league standings.
Over in Division 1, Smokin Aces were unable to find their footing against Allstars, which resulted in a 5-0 victory for the latter. Allstars demonstrated their dominance throughout the match, living up to their name and emerging as the deserving winners. Are they a force to be reckoned with as we move into the New Year?
Division 2 was a hub of action, and we start with our Match of the Day. It came with 8 goals and Real Unfitico barely edging out Barking Fc with a feisty 5-3 win. Incredible stuff!
