In a thrilling fifth week of the Burntwood Sunday 6-a-side Football League, teams battled it out, demonstrating grit, skill, and sportsmanship. The results from both the Premier League and Division 1 were a testament to the high standard of football displayed on the pitch.

In the Premier League division, Bottom Bunch FC edged out No Homers FC 1-0 in a closely contested match-up, showcasing a strong defensive performance. Adding to the excitement, Obese City and D.T.F.C played to a draw, splitting the points with a 2-2 standoff. 

The Ringers put on an exceptional performance against Team Bob, netting nine goals to Team Bob's one, marking the highest scoring game of the week. Sosobad FC also enjoyed a victorious night, cruising to a 5-0 win against 5 Elites and meanwhile Peek Eboue secured a 4-2 victory against Zingers FC.

Over in Division 1, FC Bibs took the spotlight, shutting out Hakuna Juan Mata with a resounding 5-0 win. Dynamo's attacking prowess was on full display as they dominated Barking FC, scoring seven goals to Barking FC's two. The last game of the division saw Sporting Stonnall edge out Warriors in a tight 2-0 affair, demonstrating their tactical mastery.

These matches made for an exciting week in the Burntwood Sunday League, with the skill and talent displayed making clear that the competition is heating up. Fans and teams alike are eagerly looking forward to the upcoming fixtures and all the thrilling action they promise to bring.
