In the exciting world of the Burntwood Sunday 6 a side Football league, this past week marked the completion of the seventh week of the season. The Premier League and Division 1 were in the spotlight, as they battled it out to cement their standings.

The fiery Premier League saw Obese City decimate Zingers FC with a resounding 9-1 victory, showcasing their superior skills and teamwork. The second match in the Premier League was a tightly contested affair, with Peek Eboue and Team Bob ending in a 1-1 draw. These results reflect the intense competition within the Premier League.

On the other hand, Division 1 had its fair share of thrilling matches as well. And we shall start with our Match of the Day! FC Bibs outperformed Warriors, ending the showdown with an 8-2 victory. Great work guys :o  Barely Athletic could not withstand the attack of DYNAMO as they suffered a heavy 1-13 defeat. Ladzio Fc displayed a strong performance against Hakuna Juan Mata, securing a 5-1 win. A nail-biting match between Sporting Stonnall and Barking Fc saw the former earning a narrow 2-1 victory.

As the Burntwood Sunday League continues to the eighth week, the teams will surely be looking to improve upon their performances, aiming to climb the ladder. The passion, skill and sportsmanship shown thus far promises an exciting journey ahead for all involved in the league.
