Monday 17th May 2021 League Report

In the first match, ‘Team Name’ demolished ‘Cereal Killers’ 10:0 in a display full of skill, fitness and teamwork. Ruthless in front of goal, ‘Team Name’, despite fewer substitutes, exhibited great chemistry and solo play to completely dominate their opponents.  

Secondly, ‘Released on Bale!’ faced ‘Madeleine Milan’.  In a thrilling encounter, scoring ebbed and flowed both ways, with the young local lads coming from a few goals behind to level the scoring at 3:3 with only five minutes left to play.  However, perhaps a little harshly on the solid performances from all the young lads, especially their dynamic and skilful centre midfielder (by far the best player in the game), ‘Madeleine Milan’ broke through at the end to finish the match 5:3.  

Lastly, ‘Poutsoi’ took on ‘Black Swans’ in a points match, the former’s original opposition being unable to play.  The game was even and competitive but ‘Black Swans’, unlike ‘Poutsoi’, capitalised on a couple of their many chances.  Hence, the match finished 2:0.
