Division 2 Takes a Twist!

Today's Match Report is starts in Division 2. Ballers FC are the new favourites to be crowned champions in the new year after there 5-0, I repeat, 5-0 win against Dirty Sanchez. A 50/50 match at the start of kick off, Ballers swept aside the new boys! A feisty encounter in which Mario issued a red card. This will be dealt with. Can Dirty Sanchez pick themselves up for next week?

We will stay with Division 2. East Leake Not Athletic might as well be named Manchester United after the lack of goals. Even so, like there Red Counterparts, they keep winning against a brave Expect Toulouse. One goal was enough. 1-0 at full time.

Finally in Division 2, Six Offenders put aside recent disappointment to win 4-2 against the Salad Dodger's. The Dodger's were favourites going into the game after recent results, but the jail birds rediscovered some form from earlier in the season and took all the points!

Meanwhile Division 1, Backup Players are now overwhelming favourites to become champions come the new year! There 3-1 win against Haven't Got A Salomen has all but assured the title. A truly excellent game, which was a pleasure to watch for any passionate football fan.

Little Bit Kiss improved massively this week (by eight goals to be precise!) It wasn't enough to secure any point against Drink Team! 1-0 it finished. The Big Drinkers have had a solid first season in Division 1.

In the Premier League, Richard's Wanger's showed champion qualities in their 2-0 win against The Mighty Morphins Flower Arrangers. While not always aesthetically pleasing, they know how to win a match or two! The Mighty Morphin's played the better football, but the boys in blue played winning football! That's why they are inching closer towards number 7!

Ukgs also competed in a friendly against a mixed team of Back Up Players and Salad Dodgers! The game was played in great spirit and we had a fantastic running commentary from Tedbut! Thanks Jon!
Elsewhere we had Drinkteam bringing the music down, which was a great addition!

Please make sure you turn up for friendlies. You will be charged a match fee by Leisure Leagues if you do not turn up for them.

See you on Sunday.
