Cheltenham Monday 6 a side news 2025-06-23

Play in the Cheltenham Monday football league powered by Leisure Leagues

In an intense showdown of footwork and strategy, week seven of the Cheltenham Monday 6 a side Football league delivered on all fronts. The Premier League and Division 1 teams battled it out on the field, displaying an exciting array of talent and sportsmanship.

Unfortunately, it is disappointing to see that there were two incidents on the night. The first incident occurred in the game between Barely Athletic and Don't Look Back Elanga, the player in question from Barely Athletic was sent off for violent conduct. The second incident occurred in the game between Apple Tree FC and Renewaballers FC, the player in question from Apple Tree FC was sent for being abusive towards the match official. Both situations have been dealt with and both players have been given £20 fines and 2 week bans. These incidents will always be dealt with swiftly by the area manager to ensure a league night runs as smoothly as possible.

We did also have a non-attendance on the night, Sandford Boysz were not present for their game. Due to this being the second non-attendance from the team in as many weeks they have now been removed from the league with immediate effect, as per the terms and conditions. Although this does open up a space in the league it is paramount all teams are present for their fixtures in order for the league to run as smoothly as possible each week, if there are any problems please be sure to contact your area manager in plenty of time.

In more positive news, in the Premier League, Steaua Cheltenham emerged victorious with a 2 - 1 win over Juve Gotte Be Joking FC. In the second match of the Premier League division, Barely Athletic and Dont Look Back Elanga ended in a 1 - 1 draw.

Over in Division 1, Apple Tree FC dominated the field with an impressive win over Tikka Mo Salah. Real Sosobad managed to edge out Aura Milan FC with a 3 - 2 win while Baggingham Boys clinched a big win over Netbreakers CF.

Overall, the seventh week of the Cheltenham Monday 6 a side Football league proved to be an exciting spectacle of football prowess, with each team giving their all and leaving fans eagerly anticipating the next round of matches.
