This week marked the 10th round of the Cheltenham Monday 6 a side Football league and it was a night of excitement, fierce competition, and standout performances.

Unfortunately, we did have a non-attendance on the night, Lily Phillips FC were not present for their game and we will be removing them from the league as it was their first game and they failed to appear. It is paramount all teams are present for their fixtures in order for the league to run as smoothly as possible each week, if there are any problems please be sure to contact your area manager in plenty of time.

We did also have one team give their 7 days notice for this week to cancel their game, We look forward to welcoming Aura Milan FC back on Monday. If you do have any dates for holidays please make sure you inform your area manager.

In the Premier League division, the games were nothing short of explosive. Apple Tree FC showed their dominance with a 4 - 0 win over Renewaballers FC, setting the tone for the night. FC Romania followed suit, defeating Real Sosobad with a big win. Baggingham Boys and Dont Look Back Elanga also delivered a close contest, with the former clinching a narrow 3 - 2 victory. The highlight of the night, however, was the goal-fest between Barely Athletic and Juve Gotte Be Joking FC. Barely Athletic emerged victorious with a thrilling 7 - 6 win.

Moving to Division 1, Tikka Mo Salah edged out Calbarrie Compliance 6 - 5 in an equally dramatic encounter. HSC lost to Netbreakers CF by 3 - 4 in another tight match.

In the Division 2 clash, Zim Lions and Unathletico Club De Pittville produced a goal-rich match, drawing 6 - 6. 

This week's matches encapsulated the spirit of the Cheltenham Monday League - full of action, suspense, and high-quality football. As we move into the next round, one thing is for certain - the best is yet to come in this thrilling football saga.
