Cheltenham Monday 6-A-Side Football League Week 9 Round-up

The Cheltenham Monday 6 a side Football League hit week nine, and as usual, it was an exhilarating night of football action. The leagues witnessed a multitude of goals, intense competition, and stand-out performances across all three divisions; Premier League, Division 1, and Division 2.

We had a few teams that handed there 7 days notice for this week due to it being so close to Christmas, we look forward to having them all back when the league returns.

In the Premier League, Apple Tree FC were very good in a victory against Craggy Island Over 75s. The match was a showcase of Apple Tree FC's prowess, proving they were the superior team. Juve Gotte Be Joking FC pulled off a solid 3-1 win against Baggingham Boys. Meanwhile, Real Sosobad added another victory to their tally, triumphing 3-1 over Balkan Desert United.

In Division 1, Renewaballers FC completed an impressive victory over Dont Look Back Elanga while IDFC were too good Wu 2 Electric Boogaloo in a stunning win to remain top of the league.

Finally, in Division 2, Brexit Ballers narrowly defeated HHS with a 2-1 scoreline. Tikka Mo Salah emerged victorious in a tightly contested match against Calbarrie Compliance, ending with a 5-4 score. Unathletico Club De Pittville recorded a resounding victory against Zim Lions, making it the highest scoring game of the week.
