Play in the Chester Monday football league powered by Leisure Leagues

It was a great evening of football at Chester Leisure Leagues on Thursday which saw us welcome two new teams, Joint effort Fc and Sorchas Superstars who were both impressive on their debut!

In the Premier League, AngelasAngels eked out a narrow 1-0 victory against CBFA, showing their defensive mettle. In another closely-contested match, Steak And Vale Pie matched AngelasAngels' outcome, bagging a 1-0 win against Joint Effort FC. Not to be outdone, Whats The Mata dominated Monday Night Fever with a decisive 3-0 win, while AFC Vegas also enjoyed success with a 2-0 triumph over FC STONE.

Meanwhile, in Division 1, Gee Sung Park and Goal Diggers FC battled to a stalemate, ending the match 1-1. Poortugal and Mount Your Dad likewise shared the spoils in a goalless draw. Mackin FC managed a narrow 2-1 victory over Dee Rangers FC, while Stella Courtois triumphed over Sorchas Superstars with a 1-0 win.

In Division 2, Mount Your Mum pulled off a hard-fought 1-0 victory against Dynamos. Green Team upset Expected Toulouse with a 2-0 win, while FCC FC held off The Goonies 3-1. In a high scoring game, Untitled FC narrowly lost to BalotelliTubbies 5-4.

Lastly, in Division 3,  Hope Mountain FC secured a 1-0 victory against Paleo Knights. Smokehouse return to competitive action next week!

As we move on to the ninth week, all teams will be looking to build upon this week's results and climb the league tables. With such competitive games, the season is shaping up to be an exciting one.
