The opening week of the Chester Thursday 7 a side football league kicked off last night, with teams across four divisions - the Premier League, Division 1, Division 2, and Division 3, vying for an early advantage in the season.

In the Premier League, the competition was tense as the Green Team and Bayerneverlosin ended in a 1-1 draw. Mount Your Dad experienced a narrow loss against The Fever with a 2-1 scoreline. Puyol Pants Down, despite a solid performance, was bested by Stella Courtois in a 3-2 showdown. Meanwhile, Whats The Mata managed to edge out BalotelliTubbies with a 3-2 victory.

Over in Division 1, FC STONE started the season strong with a 3-1 win over Gee Sung Park. RIP Solomon showed their dominance with a 3-0 victory over Hope Mountain FC. The match between Benchwarmers United and Man Titty concluded in a 1-1 draw.

In Division 2, Tyrone Minge claimed a decisive 4-2 victory over Untitled FC. Maccurry United and Atletico De Pinhead finished on level terms with a 2-2 score. QUASI LADS faced a tough opening night as they were trounced by Mount Your Mum 11-1.

Division 3 saw its share of action as well, with The Goonies and Dee Rangers FC settling for a 1-1 draw. Juneicorns earned a clean 2-0 victory over Real Manados. Purple Olive faced a defeat against Net Six & Chill with a 3-1 score. ShuttheFAcup secured a 3-1 win over Morgan Sniffs White.
