Preston Monday Night Football League Week 6 Results:

The city's local football enthusiasts were treated to another thrilling week of six-a-side football action, as week 6 of the Preston Monday Night Football League concluded last night.

In Division 1, Ashwood triumphed over Six Offenders with a 4-3 victory, in what proved to be a closely fought battle. Barely Athletic and Riyas 11 also served a thrilling game, with Riyas 11 narrowly edging Barely Athletic 5-4 in a nine-goal thriller. However, the standout match was between Out On Bale and Brown Cow FC, where neither team could break the deadlock, concluding in a 5-5 draw.

Over in Division 2, Six Appeal managed to dominate Ex-pleo with a 7-3 victory, showcasing their offensive prowess. Meanwhile, Hot Since 99 and PNET ARMY couldn't be separated, and their match ended in a 3-3 stalemate.

Division 3 saw some impressive performances as well. Not In Your Mums Forest FC steamrolled Forbes with an 8-3 win, while Jelly Babies managed to eke out a narrow 3-2 victory against Napthens.

While it's difficult to pick out individual standouts in such a team-focused sport, it's worth highlighting the top scorers in each division. In Division 1, the standout player was Riyas 11's striker, whose hat-trick secured their win. In Division 2, Six Appeal's center forward was on fire with four goals. Division 3 saw a fantastic performance from Not In Your Mums Forest FC's forward, who scored five of their eight goals.
