In the gripping Week 9 of the Birmingham Friday 6-a-side Football League, the Premier League division was ablaze with fierce competition and scintillating performances.
Deportivo FC produced a dominant performance against Last Legs FC, registering a 5-0 victory. Sam from Deportivo FC was the star performer of the day, netting in three goals and earning the distinction of being the top scorer in the Premier League division next game MVP.
The match between Could Get Messi and Soccer PM was an edge-of-the-seat thriller, with Soccer PM narrowly clinching a 1-0 victory. Nathan once again was the MVP for Soccer.
In another close encounter, Borussia Teeth eked out a 3-2 win against Tired Tigers in a match that was marked by intense action and end-to-end gameplay. Meisam once again was brilliant in goal for Tigers and won the MVP award.
The game between West Heath United and Total Football ended in a 1-1 draw. The evenly matched teams fought hard for the upper hand, resulting in one of the most exciting draws of the division. Baxter, last season’s golden boot winner, was the MVP for West Heath.
Week 9 of the Birmingham Friday 6-a-side Football League showcased some outstanding performances, keeping the spirit of the beautiful game alive. The excitement continues to build as we look forward to the next round of matches in the Premier League division.
