RUBERY FRIDAY FOOTBALL LEAGUE REPORT

Week 12 of the Rubery Friday Football League was brimming with strategic play, defensive prowess, and goal-scoring action, as teams across the Premier League division fought neck-and-neck on the field.

In the Premier League division, tensions were high and the games were nail-bitingly close. Borussia Teeth and Sporting Old Stars found themselves in a deadlock, unable to break through the other's defenses, resulting in a 0 - 0 draw.  Teeth's third 0-0 in a row, leaves them in 3rd now but still in the title race. Sporting however, once again take points off the top 3 teams and puts them in a good place going into next season

Most Valuable Player - Luke (Sporting Old Boys)

Kennys Clowns 1997 managed to secure a 2 - 0 victory over Can't Runnings FC, with goals from Ken and Darren, who moves to to joint top scorer in the league now on 11 goals

Most Valuable Player - Darren (Kenny's Clowns 1997)

However, the real standout of the Premier League division this week was West Heath United, who put on a sensational performance by trouncing Last Legs FC with a stunning 10 - 0 victory. This was no doubt thanks to the division's top scorer tonight, Thorny, who added an impressive 3 goals to his tally for West Heath United, cementing his position at the top of the division's scoring board.

West Heath take the title race into the final two games, with a massive game against the Clowns next week

Most Valuable Player - Thorny (West Heath)

Despite the defensive deadlock between Total Football and Soccer PM that ended in a 0 - 0 draw, the night was filled with top-tier football that gave fans plenty to talk about.

Most Valuable Player - Ben (Total Football)

With just two weeks left in the season, teams are urged to secure their place for the next one, as the competition is expected to be more intense than ever. The battle for the top spot is far from over, as teams continue to challenge each other's mettle and put their football skills to the test. From the look of things, the final two weeks of the Rubery Friday Football League promise to deliver a breathtaking conclusion to what has been a hotly contested season. In Premier League, every goal counts, every save matters, and every game is a battle. Bring on the rest of the season!
