Play in the Rubery Thursday 6-a-side football league powered by Leisure Leagues

Rubery Thursday, a competitive 6-a-side football league, culminated its 14-week long season in a thrilling finale last evening. 

In the Premier League division, Pique Blinders FC emerged victorious with an impressive total of 21 points and 10 wins. Their stunning performance throughout the season has been a testament to their skill, and a spectacle for the fans.

Meanwhile, in the Premier League's matches last night, Beautiful Men were defeated 0-3 by Chasers81120 FC. Flicks and Tricks FC lost to Last Legs FC by a gaping margin of 1-6. Pathetic Athletic outclassed Burning Rings with an impressive scoreline of 15-2. 

The top scorer for the Premier League division, David from Pathetic Athletic, was in stellar form, netting a total of 9 goals. His outstanding contributions significantly bolstered his team's performance in the league, and also confirmed him the Golden Boot

A great season which saw Pathetic, helped by Jamie, Will, Sam and Josh amongst others who had great seasons, go to the final day in the title race

In Division 1, DIAMOND FC clinched the title with an incredible total of 26 points and 13 wins. Their matches' scores included a 9-0 drubbing of Field FC and a competitive 2-1 win against AVCAS. Fc Boutay also had an impressive performance, winning 11-1 against MO SAYS NO FC. 

The top scorer for Division 1 was Ethan from Fc Boutay, who scored an enviable total of 6 goals. His scoring prowess was instrumental in his team's impressive performance throughout the season.


The final week of Rubery Thursday league concluded with a celebration of the beautiful game, highlighting the spirit of competitiveness and sportsmanship. Congratulations to the triumphant Pique Blinders FC and DIAMOND FC, the deserving winners of their respective divisions.
