TITLE: Weekly Football Thrills at Rubery Thursday League

In the ongoing Rubery Thursday 6-a-side Football League, the 11th week saw some fascinating results, particularly in the Premier League division and Division 1.

In the Premier League Division, Mr Woottons U16s solidified their dominance with a 3-0 victory over SakaPotatoes. Notably, Luke, their star player, led the charge by scoring two goals, making him the top scorer in this division for the week. He was the driving force behind their victory, dazzling fans with his impressive manoeuvres and strategic play. SakaPotatoes tried to make a comeback but couldn't penetrate Mr Woottons' solid defence.

Division 1 was equally thrilling with its share of ups and downs. The division witnessed four matches with commendable performances from the teams. DEPORTiVO FC secured a 1-0 win over Athletico Northfield in a closely contested match. 

Player of the Match - Christain (Deportivo)

Chasers81120 FC managed to outplay Pathetic Athletic with a 4-2 scoreline, while Willian Her Mouth emerged victorious over Hardly Athletic, ending the match with a clean sheet of 3-0. Nordic FC also registered a narrow victory against Sinister Six, scoring 3-2.

The highlight of Division 1 was the spectacular performance of Sam from Pathetic Athletic, who despite their loss, managed to score 2 goals. Sam's skill and poise on the field made him the top scorer of Division 1 this week.
